Electric withdrawal agreement for subscriptions

It’s easy to start employer collection, just fill the employer collection agreement form in the PAM e-service or the form below.

When you authorise your employer to collect your PAM membership fees directly from your pay, you just need to check from the payslip to make sure that the fee has been collected. Check your payslip regularly to make sure the fee has been collected (if no mention of union membership fees is made in the payslip, contact payroll).

When you send PAM a form to announce employer collection, we contact your employer. The collection of membership fees from your pay will begin within approximately one month. Keep checking your payslip!
