Busy collective bargaining week ahead – six collective agreements in the service industry to expire on Friday
This week, PAM will be negotiating the collective agreements for a total of seven of its sectors. The collective agreements for all but one of them are expiring this Friday.
Negotiations for the commercial sector continued through the weekend, as negotiators for PAM and the Finnish Commerce Federation sought common ground in the working hours group. The negotiations will continue this Monday and on Wednesday, 29 January.
Negotiations for Veikkaus will also resume on Monday and continue on Thursday, 30 January. In the collective bargaining for Veikkaus, the employer is represented by Service Sector Employers Palta.
In the facilities services sector, the negotiating parties will meet on Tuesday, 28 January, and the following Thursday. The negotiations for facilities services focus on specifying work conditions and clarifying the language of the agreement.
The negotiations for technical staff at the Finnish National Opera, which have been ongoing for two weeks, will resume on Wednesday, as will the ones for employees in the golf sector, which began last week. Collective bargaining for Alko will continue on Thursday, 30 January.
PAM will finish its week on Friday 31 January by negotiating on the collective agreement for the customer service and telemarketing sector.
