Exceptional service hours for the Unemployment Fund's telephone service starting from Monday 28 October.

The Unemployment Fund of Service Union United PAM is trying out slightly shorter telephone service hours starting from Monday 28 October, 2019.

The Unemployment Fund is onwards serving Monday to Friday between 10 am and 2 pm. The trial period is three month. By this, the aim is to reserve more time for handling applications and therefore improve their processing time.

Especially the shift to adjusted payment basis, which came into force earlier this year, has affected processing times.
