A negotiation result has been achieved for wages covering the sector's employees and supervisors. As follows, the negotiation result will be discussed by the union's administrative bodies.

PAM and  MaRa have settled on a negotiation result concerning wages for employees and supervisors in the hotel, restaurant and leisure industry.

The negotiation result is based on the earlier agreed collective agreement. According to stipulations in the agreement,  wages are to be checked for the first time on  1.2.2021.

The negotiation result will be discussed by both union's administrative bodies. For PAM this means the Agreement Sector Committée and PAM's Executive Committee. The content of the negotiation result will not be disclosed until it has been agreed by both unions.

The collective agreement in Hotel. restaurant and leisure industry was settled last autumn. The new agreement period is 1.10.2020 – 31.3.2022, but the wages remain unsettled due to the uncertain future aspects.
