New online service for PAM members now open

The new online service replaces the current members’ e-services. Start using the new service today!
The new online service makes it easier for members to get in touch with the union and keep their membership details up to date.
Log in to the online service using your online banking codes or mobile certificate at asiointi.pam.fi/en. You can also easily access the service from the Log in to services menu on the PAM website and from the links on the pages.
In the new service you can access members’ services on a mobile device. You can for example ask for advice on various membership and employment-related matters. Messages you send and the replies are stored in the service, so it’s easy to retrieve them if necessary. You can check and update your contact details and register for courses and training. In the online service you can also check the status of your membership payments and pay them directly using your online bank or Mobilepay.
Membership cards will go online
PAM mobile membership cards could previously be downloaded via the Cardu app. Now you can access your membership card within new online service. The Cardu app will be phased out during the summer.
Ongoing improvements
The online service is being developed continually, and more functions will be added later. When you log in you will also find a feedback form where you can send in your comments and suggestions for improving the service.
