PAM office closed until the end of May – training schedules also changed

PAM will serve members online and by phone up to 31 May. The aim of these actions is to ensure a high level of membership services despite the coronavirus epidemic.

The union’s offices are closed until the end of May. The offices will open their doors before then if the coronavirus situation improves. All training and events are also cancelled or will be postponed to a later date.

Now is the time to check out our e-services if you haven’t done so already. Many membership and unemployment security queries can be resolved via the union’s and unemployment fund’s e-services. To login to the union’s e-services you need your membership number, for the unemployment fund you need online banking codes or a mobile key.

More resources put into helplines

Additional resources have been put in to serve members on the union’s and unemployment fund’s helplines. The lines are open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm. You can find the phone numbers for employment, membership and unemployment fund queries and the service forms here.

The coronavirus epidemic has caused delays in our helplines. Please remember that answers to many employment issues can be found on the online coronavirus information pages.

Training available online

All the union’s classroom training and events are cancelled until 31 May or are being postponed. The basic courses for shop stewards and occupational safety planned for the first week of June are postponed to a later date. All those who have registered are being sent information on the change. The union’s online training (Finnish) is running normally, so now is the time to check what’s on offer.
