PAM regional offices closed due to coronavirus – union and unemployment fund can be reached online and by phone
PAM’s regional offices and the head office are closed, but e-services and telephone services are operating normally.
Due to the coronavirus, PAM’s face-to-face services for members are being suspended. This decision has been taken so that services can continue to be provided whilst ensuring the health of union staff and members. Therefore PAM’s regional offices, including unemployment fund service points, will be closed to the public from 18 March until 13 April. Over the next month more resources will be made available for members’ e-services.
Union membership and employment services are available online 24/7 and by phone weekdays 10 am-2 pm. Contact details here. PAM’s wiki cards contain answers to frequently asked questions.
Unemployment security advice is also available weekdays 10 am-2 pm, tel. 020 690 211. The unemployment fund’s e-services are available online 24/7. Also available online are frequently asked questions for workers who become unemployed and frequently asked questions on earnings-related unemployment allowance.
