PAM’s goals discussed in collective agreement negotiations
Service Union United PAM and the Real Estate Employers continued negotiations on collective agreement for facility services sector workers.
“Today we went through and discussed PAM’s objectives more in-depth”, says collective bargaining specialist Jarkko Viitanen. The negotiations continue on Thursday.
PAM’s goal is to increase wages, improve the situation of part-time workers and ensure everyone gets paid time off for midweek public holidays.
The current collective agreement ends on 28 February.
