PAM's regional offices and the main office was closed from the public on March 3 in order to limit the spread of the corona epidemic.The offices will remain closed at least until 18 April.
E-services and telephone services operate normally. The union serves in membership and employment matters online around the clock and by phone weekdays from 10 am to 2 pm. The recommendations and regulations of the regional authorities in each region will be followed regarding events.
PAM's wiki cards provide answers to frequently asked questions. The website also provides answers to many questions related to the coronavirus pandemic.
Unemployment-related matters can be taken care of in the Unemployment Fund's online service, and by calling the unemployment security line on 020 690 211, which is open weekdays from 10 am to 2 pm.
