PAM's regional offices will close for the time being - the union and the Unemployment Fund will serve online and by phone

All of PAM’s regional offices and the main office will close to the public on Wednesday, March 3, to limit the spread of the corona epidemic. Offices are closed at least until 28 March.
E-services and telephone services operate normally. The union serves in membership and employment matters online around the clock and by phone weekdays from 10 am to 2 pm. The recommendations and regulations of the regional authorities in each region will be followed regarding events.
PAM's wiki cards provide answers to frequently asked questions. The website also provides answers to many questions related to the coronavirus pandemic.
Unemployment-related matters can be taken care of in the Unemployment Fund's online service, and by calling the unemployment security line on 020 690 211, which is open weekdays from 10 am to 2 pm. You can also find answers to the most common questions for unemployed on the website.
Telephone service lines at both the Unemployment Fund's and the union's side have been jammed from time to time, and answering messages can also take several days. However, we strive to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible.
