Workers in the hospitality services sector will get a pay rise at the start of May. Remember to check that your wages have been paid correctly!
The wages of all employees in the sector will rise by at least 1.7%. However wages must be at least at the level of the new pay scale that comes into force at the same time. Take a look at the pay scale for employees as of the beginning of the pay period commencing on 1 May 2019 here.
