Read the coronavirus instructions for the service industry
The Finnish Institute of Occupational Health has released instructions for employees working in the service industry to combat the spread of coronavirus.
PAM recommends that you familiarise yourself with these instructions (in Finnish) which can be applied to all work involving close contact with customers, including restaurants, tourism and retail.
The instructions specify how to minimise the risk of contagion in customer service situations and offer advice for enhancing cleaning in customer service facilities.
