Salary increase in the retail sector and facilities services sector from 1 April – check your salary!

In accordance to the collective agreements, the employees’ salaries will increase within the retail sector and the facilities service sector from 1 April 2019. Remember to check that your salary is paid correctly.

The monthly salary of full time working employees and clerical employees in the retail sector will increase by 42 €/month or 0.26 €/hour for part-time workers from 1 April 2019. For persons on pro rata monthly pay, the increase is based on the same ratio as normally. Pay scales will increase by 1.6% on the same dates.

The individual pay and pay scales of supervisors in retail trade and in warehouses and transportation will increase by 1.6% on the same dates.

Within the facilities service sector pay will increase by an across-the-board increase of 1.6% from 1 April 2019. Remember to check that your salary is paid correctly in the pay slip for April!

Collective agreement specifies the minimum terms and conditions of employment such as wages, working time, sick leave, annual leave, wages for the holiday period and holiday bonuses.
