Are you interested in international engagement and solidarity work? SASK's popular training for becoming a Fair work ambassador is organised between 29 and 30 September at Hotel Haga in Helsinki.

The Trade Union Solidarity Centre of Finland SASK is organising a two-day training for the union's members, to which members with an interest in engagement work and global worker's rights, can apply.

The objective of the training is to spread awareness about SASK's work around the world and how the organisation improves worker's working conditions.

During the training, which takes place during a weekend, focus is on campaign work and activities in developing countries as well as presentations, discussions and workshops. As a trained Fair work ambassador, you can do voluntary work for SASK, be part of the solidarity center's voluntary network in a way that is suitable for you, by organising events or by being active on social media.

The training start Saturday 29 September at 10 am and will end Sunday 30 September at 2 pm.

SASK is paying the expenses for accommodation and food for all participants. For participants arriving far away SASK will reimburse travelling expenses according to the cheapest means of transport.

The training is open to all members of Finnish unions and affiliated organisations. Apply by filling out this form by 2 September. You will recieve an acceptance message in the middle of September if you are chosen.
