Strike trainings begin in January

PAM's regional office is organising strike trainings in different locations all around Finland.
The collective bargaining agreement process and possible strike actions in connection to the negotiation process are all included in the strike training, in case PAM is forced to announce a strike or other industrial actions.
Laws and regulations connected to the negotiation process and practice needed in work places and within trade union branches are also part of the training themes.
Some of the courses arranged by PAM's regional office are intended for shop stewards in trade union branches and work places. There will also be a strike training organised in English for immigrants on 27 January 2018 in Tampere. The remaining trainings are open for all PAM members.
