Summer job advisory service helps young employees in trouble at work
Through the Summer Job Helpline you can get advice on things like pay, working time and probation periods. The helpline is available for summer workers free of charge and it provides advice in three languages from May to the end of August.
The summer job advisory service will be open from Thursday 2 May until Friday 30 August. Call 0800 179 279 to contact the advisor between 09.00 and 15.00 on ordinary weekdays. Advice will be available in Finnish, Swedish and English. You may also contact the service anonymously.
The website www.kesaduunari.fi contains important information on working life for summer workers like the summer job checklist and answers to frequently asked questions. There is also an electronic contact form on the advisory service website.
