Tempo rises in facility services sector collective bargaining
Raised tempo in negotiations between PAM and Real Estate Employers about minimum terms and conditions of employment, as the current collective agreement period nears its end.
“Today we mostly discussed paid leave for mid-week public holidays and securing hours for part time workers”, says Collective Bargaining Specialist Jarkko Viitanen after negotiations on Tuesday. “The tempo is rising, and negotiations are now held more frequently, with meetings agreed for Thursday, Friday and Monday.”
The current collective agreement is in force for less than a week, until Monday, 28 February.
