Temporary exemption in hospitality sector with regards to shiftlists
PAM and the employers’ federation MaRa have agreed to temporary exeptions to the collective agreement that are in force until 27.2.2022.
Due to the coronaepidemic, it is possible in companies to agree that shiftlists are given one week in advance and that shifts are drawn up for 1-2 weeks at a time. If a company wants to use the exemption, they have to reach a local agreement with the shop steward.
The exemptions are equally binding as the current collective agreement in the industry.
