The amount of first applications remained unchanged - applications for earnings-related daily allowance are being processed intensively

Last week, the Unemployment Fund received 1455 new applications for earnings-related daily allowance, more than 1 574 were processed. There is still a large number of applications in the work queues, which means that processing times are still long.
At the turn of June-July, the Unemployment Fund received many applications for adjusted allowance. This is common at the turn of the month and always causes a slight spike in processing statistics.
Over the past week, the Unemployment Fund received 1455 first applications. That is 291 applications more than last week, but less than in previous weeks in June. A first application is an application where earnings-related unemployment allowance is claimed for the first time or after a break of over 6 months.
During the week, the Unemployment Fund processed 1 574 first applications. The first applications are currently being processed, which have arrived on 12 May, but the situation is changing daily.
The Fund’s service lines received 1020 calls, of which 798 were answered. The response rate was 78.24.
