The collective agreement negotiations within the facilities services started today
Service Union United PAM and Real Estate Employers met for the first time this afternoon to negotiate minimum terms and conditions of employment for workers in the facilites services sector.
The collective agreement negotiations between PAM and the employers’ federation Real Estate Employers was kicked off with a general discussion about the current conditions in the sector. The parties are meeting up to continue the negotiations next week’s Tuesday January 14.
The collective agreement in the facilities services, which is a generally binding agreement, is expiring January 31, 2020.
Over 50,000 workers are working under this specific sectorial collective agreement. In the facilities services sector, there are employees in cleaning and maintenance, technical service, facilites services and green area tending.
