The National Conciliator Minna Helle describes the situation within the facilities services sector as problematic
Service Union United PAM and the Real Estate Employer met up at the National Conciliator's office on Friday 23 February.
PAM and the Real Estate Employer negotiated the whole of Friday under the command of Minna Helle, The National Conciliator.
The meeting carried on from early morning until late evening. The National Conciliator, Minna Helle, describes the character of the negotiations as challenging on the office's website. According to Helle there has been progress in the mediation process, but there are still loose ends.
PAM will meet with the Real Estate Employer next time already on Monday 26 February at 1 p.m.
