The union congress is a unique experience
The union congress features a varied programme – there are decisions to be made, but there will also be entertainment and fun together. Watch the video and enter into the mood of the last congress!
Whilst the congress is centred on taking decisions, including personnel appointments and deciding on the priority action programme, participants will also be able to meet new people, have interesting discussions, enjoy being together and see top Finnish artists live at the evening party.
The evening party next summer will be held at Finlandia Hall and will be hosted by Mikko Kuustonen. Top chef Kari Aihinen will be in charge of the catering, and LOVEband, famous from the SuomiLOVE programme, will make the party swing.

As a congress representative you will be able to influence what sort of trade union PAM will be in future. PAM’s congress will be held at Helsinki Messukeskus on 4-6 June 2019 and will elect a new President, Executive Committee and Council for the union and decide on the priority action programme.
All members eligible for election who have pre-registered by 31 December 2018 will have the chance to win one of three Holiday Club accommodation packages worth 1000 euros.
