Third mediation proposal in facility services sector labour dispute - answers on 29 March at 11 a.m.
The National Conciliator has presented a third proposal to settle the facility services sector labour dispute.
Service Union United PAM and the employers’ representative Real Estate Employers give their answers on Wednesday, 29 March 2023 at 11 a.m. The negotiating parties can either accept or reject the proposal.
PAM’s Agreement Sector Commission and Executive Committee will convene to discuss the proposal.
If the National Conciliator’s proposal is accepted by both parties, the strikes in facility services sector are cancelled. If the proposal were to be rejected by either party, an expanded strike in the sector begins on Thursday, 30 March at midnight.
