The Unemployment Fund took into use electronic decisions starting Monday 15 April

In the future, the Unemployment Fund’s decisions regarding earnings-related unemployment allowance will be delivered through the online service. When a decision is made, a message will automatically be sent to a person who has applied for earnings-related unemployment allowance. In case the person has not logged in to take part of the decision within 7 days, the decision are mailed by post as before.
Electronic decisions are used in applications for earnings-related unemployment allowance. The decisions for applications concerning job alternation compensation, claims or membership decisions will onwards sent by mail.
In order for this to work, the Unemployment Fund is updating the settings for communication meanwhile introducing the online service. After the update, the settings for electronic letter and email reminders will be active for all users. Everyone can make changes to the settings by accessing the online service. It is worthwhile to check, and if needed update your own email address in the online service.
