Login to PAM unemployment fund changed

From 12 March online banking codes are needed to log in to PAM's unemployment fund. There may be some slight service malfunctions due to this change.

PAM offers new service lines for membership and employment related matters in English

The new service numbers taken into use today will make it easier for English speaking members to deal with membership matters. The service is available week days between 10 and 2 pm.

New digital member service makes it easier to contact PAM

Starting this spring, PAM members can contact the union through the new digital member service. Hannele Pohjanpalo-Sampio and Mari Torkko, who headed the project, don’t promise that the service will feature a “virtual official” helping members, but otherwise it will be significantly easier to stay in touch with the union.
