Agreement on pay and terms of employment in facility services sector
The strikes week 13 (30 March to 1 April) have been cancelled.
The collective agreement for the facility services sector ended on 28 February. Negotiations since January for a new agreement ended without result. Therefore, PAM and Real Estate Employers have been in compulsory conciliation since 3 March. Finally, the parties found a negotiating result on 29 March 2023.
PAM's Executive Committee accepted a negotiation result on 29 March 2023. Hence, a new collective agreement has been agreed for the period 1.3.2023 - 31.3.2025.
