Collective bargaining in the hotel, restaurant and leisure industry
Negotiating parties: Service Union United PAM, for the workers, and the Finnish Hospitality Association MaRa, for the employers.
The minimum terms and conditions of employment for for workers and supervisors in the hotel, restaurant and leisure industry are defined in the collective agreements negotiated by PAM. For exampple chefs, waiters, receptionists and restaurant managers find the minimum pay, working hours, holidays etc that they have a right too in the collective agreements.
The current collective agreements in the industry are in force until 31 March 2023.
